I stayed at Hotel Xcaret Arte for three nights, and while the parks and the natural beauty of the hotel were amazing, the service left a lot to be desired. We faced long wait times for both our luggage and dining, which detracted from the overall experience. There were also areas labeled as 'all-inclusive' that weren't accessible without being a member, which was frustrating. Overall, I enjoyed the activities and views, but I wish the service had matched the hotel's stunning setting.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte! The food at the buffets and restaurants was excellent, especially at Chino Poblano. However, I faced some issues with soundproofing in my room and occasional upselling pressure from staff. Overall, it was a nice experience with plenty to do! 🌴🍽️
